In this game there will be a passage for you to type. You need to type the passage as quickly and as accurately as possible. When you have finished the passage, a rank will be given based on your result. The faster and more accurate you type, the higher your score.

Typing Speed Test is an application that can help you improve your typing speed. This little flash application is presented as a game, in which you type the text given as fast as possible trying not to make any mistake. As you type the text, which is pretty long, the time (in seconds), speed, and accuracy (in percents) are fixed. The mistakes is shown in red and the rest of the text is in blue. You will also hear a warning sound when you've made a mistake. Unfortunately, there's no reset button to start again, so you'll need to shut down and reopen the game. When you finish typing the text, you can see the final results and even share them with your friends on several social sites and compete with them. You can play in the full-screen mode (which is highly recommended) and control sound volume from the Options menu. The game lacks music, which is a shame, since it could help users concentrate more on their task.
In short, Typing Speed Test is a simple application that can help you practice your typing skills in a fun way. |
